I'm assuming this headset is plug and play for both PC and PS4?

Xbox One does run a Windows 10 shell behind it but i'm not sure it's actually supported. You would have to plug in the wireless adapter into one of the USB ports and see. You could test this by using another wireless USB device like a mouse and see if it works.

I'm a bit worried about the charging experience.. seems like you charge it with the included USB charging cable (microUSB?). Without a dock or a stand, it's quite a tedious process to plug the cable, charge the headset, unplug it, stow the cable away. Repeat every few days

They have a retractable cable management system you can order. Having owned both wired and wireless headsets I would take a wireless one any of the week. Not constantly running over cables with your chair is invaluable.

Also I think the stands and stuff offered by Razer are always over priced by about 25 dolalrs. I would just get a stand off amazon, look for something from their essentials collection.

True, I dislike wired headsets. But would be cool if you can just put the headset on a charging dock like the Plantronics Voyager Focus UC (not a gaming headset) or the SteelSeries H Wireless (2 swappable rechargeable batteries). But I guess that means more $$ to pay for us

I can't believe they work with PS4 and not Xbox one with all of the Xbox peripherals Razer offers

I own the Kraken Pro headset, and I have to say that I'm not very impressed. The audio is very nice, and the mic is decent for its price, but the design is absolutely abysmal. Within a month, the plastic on each side cracked and broke off, exposing the structure on the inside. After owning them for a year and a half, the inside foam has fallen out, and the "leather" is ripped. The plastic on the actual circular earpiece is cracked.

Why did this happen? Well, I've only used it at home or in the car, and I don't treat it badly at all. In fact, I never let anyone else use it or tamper with it. I'm not the only one who has criticized the terrible non-flexible design of the 70 dollar headset. If your head isn't small, you will 100% break the plastic, because the structure is literally two rectangular pieces of hard plastic screwed together at the ends with 2 tiny screws. No rubber, no movable plastic, no room for movement.

All in all, the Kraken design is terrible, and I'm very glad to see that Razer no longer makes headsets with the same shape. We can put the Kraken series in the past and move on, please.

Will the wireless feature work on a iphone? Would be cool especially sporting the chroma lighting and going for a walk at night. You know for safety so cars can see you. :wink_:

Goes perfect with my hundreds of Man-o'-war skins I got from case openings. FeelsBadMan.

Not a fan of open ended headphone design. That's why I ordered the Hammerheads instead

If anyone grabs these can you please post a review. I am super interested in these but need a review. A current problem I have with kraken 7.1 chroma is how uncomfortable they are after a few hours. I think my head is too wide and they are quite heavy. These man o wars seem wider. Very interested in a review.

    *EDIT
Found a review. The storage for the dongle is ace!! They look very comfortable. Really need some feedback on comfortability after hours of use.
