Give your Razer BlackWidow an added polish with the limited edition Razer Metallic Keycap set specced for FPS and MOBA gaming. Made of high density metal for faster actuations and better control, they’re a perfect fit on our Razer Mechanical Switches designed specifically for gaming (plus they feel good too).

These premium keycap set includes a keycap puller, and is available on RazerStore.

Here's something awesome - for a limited time only, score the unique Razer Metallic Keycap Set free when you pick up the RazerStore-exclusive Razer BlackWidow Chroma Stealth: http://rzr.to/eCQPQ

Why not for all keys? :c

It looks kinda ugly with just some keys being shiny.

I know keycaps may not be the most exciting release for most of you out there but this is a big deal for me!

I wrote a thread wishing Razer would make replacement keycaps for their mechanical keyboards back in January. My ego isn't big enough to claim that it may have influenced Razer to make these (even though the CEO did stop by the thread to say hi), but this definitely makes me feel like Razer is a company that listens to its fans. Simply amazing.

Well, it worked once so I guess I'll try it again. Now...I realize at the current price of $29.99 for 7 keys it would cost $445 to do an entire keyboard. I don't care. Do it and I'll buy it :relaxed:

One step closer to the dream

These are cool, but why not come out with a whole set as well instead of just some of the keys? I would rather pay a bit more and have the whole keyboard matching then just have a few of the keys have these awesome key caps

Lol actually when enthusiasts modify their keyboards with metal caps, it's usually only done for the WASD cluster. It's rare to see a full metal set of keycaps, not to mention cost prohibitive. Like I posted earlier, going by Razer's current price, it would cost over $400, which is much more expensive than the keyboard itself so no one would buy it lol...

    ...except for me.

These look pretty sick actually. A metal capped mechanical keyboard must feel premium AF

Odd that the they managed to release this but have yet to update the existing BlackWidow Chroma line with the new font for the keycaps. Also,

The Q, R A and D keys have a different style (though just a separation) compared to the new font. They should've just went with that (with E being the same style as with the logo) so that it would still have a signature "gaming" feel to it. The current one feels like a generic font that could be found on regular keyboards and notebooks.

Seems to be US only. Don't see it in store. Well its a start with the commonly used keys but wld've been cool to have a full keyboard keycaps replacement.

Why is it $30 USD but $50 CAD? 30 US Dollar equals 38.33 Canadian Dollar, is there any particular reason for this?

An over zealous adjustment I would say, it is £29.99 in the UK Store which going by the current conversion rate works out to US$1.60 more at a base price pre-tax.

yeah your right, however every time I click on the link it redirects me to the front page, maybe they haven't put it on there yet

Well for me It's around $10 US more... which is crazy considering it costs $30, why should I pay almost third of the product's worth extra? Hell even $30 is quite expensive for 7 metal keys, I think the price should be $20 USD honestly.
