I was looking into getting a razer phone but seeing how Razer (Germany) doesn't offer to buy it anymore I'm questioning wether or not razer still wants to both support and produce phones in the future...
Will razer kill off it's phone line for good?

Well if they think they are losing money by producing phones they could just offer another manufacturer a licence for mobile devices just like Blackberry did. The hardware came from TLC but software and design came from Blackberry. The KeyOne and Key² really did sell well, I'm sure it would be the same with Razer branded phone
I just got my Razer phone 2.Ive had iPhone's, Samsung,lg and others and this is by far the best phone in all categories. I desperately want to see a Razer phone 3. I'll need something to upgrade to!
