Its something ive dreamed of ever since their chroma series first released. I myself have double sided tape on the back of my monitor with LEDs to give it a glow effect. but razer has gone far enough to team up with nzxt to design a desktop case and project christine is still in the works. Whose to say they won't design monitors soon?
    Amawa01 and Flemtality-PC like this.

That's ... actually quite possible, didn't even think about razer monitors until now.

That's probably one of their projects, because a while back, I thought that maybe they'll design a razer case and behold, they did.

There are many people ask for it, maybe will come out soon?

I bet they will come out with that either when they come out with that podular desktop they are working on or shortly after. And .I will buy the death out of both products.

The problem is testing, as well as comparing price to quality. I would love to have a Razer monitor, but I am so picky on my displays it isn't funny. Hopefully if they do release one though it will be able to use Thunderbolt 2.

It would probably best if they would license a monitor manufacturer to produce a Razer branded monitor like they did with the NZXT case. Maybe Asus?

If they make Razer monitors they need to have a minimum of 144hz and I will buy 3 of them as soon as I can afford it.

Razer should make some 4K or 5K monitors...... Yummmm

4k monitors would be awesome, but possible cost too much for it to work for Razer.

lol if Apple can build a 5K display with a full Mac inside for $2000, I could see Razer making one cheaper.

i think razer monitors are an amazing idea!

Yes but what is the response rate of the 4k/5k displays that Apple makes. For gamers the will want to make a 1ms response time at 4k plus different light patterns to lower the blue light to make it easy on eyes. I just don't the price trade off for the gamer features?

Razer Monitor with Chroma strip running at the back edge of the monitor, so when you put the monitor near a wall the colorful lights would glow on the wall! Now that, would be awesome lol, chroma light anywhere in the front would is major distraction lol haha. Im still in the market for a nice monitor, havent seen that sweet spot, since the monitor companies are at war right now trying to make IPS response faster with higher Hz rate and come with G/Free sync, i think i shall wait a bit. Maybe Razer will come out with one by then ;D

Hopefully Razer will bring out one with a Chroma strip running at the back of the monitor like SuijinZ said, that would be pretty sick!

I was just thinking the edges of the monitor be Chroma.
"Introducing the Razer Chroma [Insert Monitor Name Here]"
Would be awesome though, but for what price.

I would imagine that Razer would team up with someone, the only issue is most monitor makers also manufacture laptops as well (some in direct competition with the Blade)

The edges with chroma lights meaning if you play in the dark the light will run or flash around your frame causing a lot of distraction, that's the reason why people dont like chrome edges or shiny edges in the first place, any form of light near the screen will distract a lot. They can make a Razer logo shine from the underside of the screen and project the logo onto the table like the new ASUS ROG monitor, that would be really nice too.
