Razer mouse causing login/taskbar issues. Please Help.

Hi everyone,

I have been having an issue with the Razer Deathadder V2.

Since I've been using this mouse, whenever I start my pc for the first time. It's really slow at starting up + the windows taskbar is empty and freezes for around 15 minutes. If I then restart my pc, it works perfectly, until I need to switch users, then it freezes again. I have searched around and found that the issue is my Razer mouse. I have unplugged it and restarted the pc a couple of times/switched users without any issues.

I have already installed the latest firmware and driver updates.

Could anyone please help me resolve this issue?

Does the Razer Synapse run in the background when the issue occurs? Did you receive any Windows updates recently? Please connect your Razer DeathAdder V2 to a different computer and check if the issue persists. Make sure you are connected directly to a USB port, not on a hub.
