Razer Mouse Dock Chroma not recognized in Windows

Hello all,

I'm having trouble trying to get the Razer Mouse Dock Chroma (RC30-03050) to be configurable in Synapse 3. For some reason, even when I plug it directly into the computer, I never get any sound that it's been plugged in, and it does not show up in Synapse. It charges the mouse just fine, but cannot be configured in Synapse 3.
