Razer Naga Chroma problem

Hi all

First thread in this forum :)

My mice stops working from time to time for a couple of seconds.

The problem often happens when i lift the mouse from the surface (Goliath).

I have tried calibrating it like 50 times, the mice works better when I calibrate but the lift-off is to high with "1".

And when i reset the mice the lift-off is perfect but then the not working seconds problems comes.

So right now i must chose high lift-off or not working sometimes. I play alot of FPS games so this is a big problem for me.

Is it possible to calibrate it an set lift-off to "0" (zero) because I think 1 is to high.

Or can this be fixed with software?

I have tried clean the sensor several times.

I have the latest Zynapse

Dont know if I still have waranty? Is it 2 years?

You can try few things:
1) connect mouse to another pc to make sure this is not a mouse hardwere issue.
2) delete all profiles from synapse in mouse section and create new without changing anything from default settings to make sure this is not a settings or corrupted file issue
3) you can remove the mouse from device menager unplug mouse reboot pc and plug back to reinstall windows mouse driver to make sure from vindows side connection dont have any missing or corrupted files.
I had that problem too. Just look in the solution thread.

Here the solution:

Deactivate USB and external Harddisk USB standby.
For Mac platforms just go to Systemkonfiguration on the bulb (energy saving) and the demark the second box (external harddisk standby).
