Hi everybody,
I own a Razer Naga Chroma and since approximately 1 year, I have some issues with the tracking of this mouse. The pointer stops each time I raise my mouse more than 2 cm over my mousepad (not a Razer one).I saw a lot of people having the same issue on forums, and a solution was to use the calibration option of Razer synapse, so I did it and it doesn't work that much, the pointer doesn't jump anymore when I raise the mouse, but it sometimes suddenly moves on the vertical axis, + I have to repeat the operation each time I turn my PC on.
So please if you have any idea to solve this, tell me. Ty

Hey there! Thanks for sharing this on your Support thread. Have you tried updating the mouse using Razer Synapse 2.0? Does the issue persist even when connecting it to a different port in your PC or computer with Razer Synapse? Please check if the same behavior happens when logged in using a guest or dummy Razer Synapse account.
