So a while back i bought the Naga Epic and when Synapse 3 came out i waited patiently for it to get Synapse 3 compatible.
One day i was checking the compatible list and saw that they had added the Naga and the Naga Hex V2 on the legacy devices, and i thought that they soon was add it. But they never got around to doing it and that's why i'm here because i don't understand why they didn't bother to and it to the more expensive version of the Naga

As an MMORPG gamer, I can sympathize with this and I do believe that the Razer Naga Epic needs to be supported by Synapse 3 but sadly this isn't the case. Support for legacy devices are on hold right now and there is no mention of when they will begin working on supporting more devices.

Since the Razer Kraken V2 and Razer Orbweaver are still being sold, I think these devices also need to be supported. Otherwise they are selling obsolete devices.

That's not quite accurate. These devices would actually only become obsolete if Razer made Synapse 2 unavailable, and the three devices that are mentioned in this thread aren't the only legacy devices that are not compatible with Synapse 3 Beta. While Synapse 2 is still available for download, users can still customise their Orbweavers and Naga Epics. For many users, the Orbweaver is still the best Razer keypad currently available, even with the release of Synapse 3 Beta and the Tartarus v2.

As far as the Naga Epic, I was in the same boat until a month or so ago, when I DROPPED my favourite and first Razer mouse. I went right out and bought the Naga Trinity, and the sensor is so much better than the Naga Epic's.

Depends on what obsolete mean to you. To me, the fact that they are stuck with a software that is considered "legacy" means obsolete. When I say obsolete, I mean to say "out of date" which in theory it is since the development focus is on Synapse 3 and most current modern devices are being made for Synapse 3.

Going by this definition, it is what it is.
