Hey everyone. Just got myself a new Razer Blade laptop after a long hiatus from PC gaming. I bought a Naga Epic MMO mouse back in 2012 when I was playing Guild Wars 2 and loved using it. However it has been sitting around idle for the last several years. Now I notice when I take it out to use it, I'm getting all sorts of frustrating tracking jitters and double click issues that makes it pretty hard to use in any kind of game.
I'm pretty sure it's out of warranty at this point, but I wanted to know if this is a common issue with some kind of easy fix, or if I'm totally SOL and should look into another MMO mouse before WoW Classic drops in a few days. I appreciate any insight!
Thanks!

Hey there! Thanks for posting to the right support thread. That's really challenging. Let's investigate first. By the way, are you connecting the mouse directly to your laptop's USB port or it is connected to a USB hub? Please connect your mouse to a different USB port in your PC or to a different computer without Razer Synapse and see if the issue persists.

I've tried multiple USB ports on multiple computers, my Blade obviously is using Synapse, but my old Lenovo does not. Not using any kind of hub. Also tried to plug the dock and use it wirelessly, but still having the same issues.

Just to confirm, does the issue happens while using the mouse to your Lenovo laptop too? If yes, please send me your device serial number via PM so I can check for its available updates.

Yes, the issue is similar on the Lenovo. I'll send the serial number now. Thanks for the help!
