Razer Naga Epic X axis not working

Started today, cleaned the sensor, uninstalled, reinstalled synapse. uninstalled drivers, rebooted computer. Nothings working, y axis moves perfect, if I jerk the mouse around the mouse pad real fast i can get it to move from the top of the screen to the bottom or vice versa.

nothings rattling on the inside.

it stated with a random slight jerk up on the cursor. but after I started fiddling with it to correct the issue I am now at the point I am now where X axis is next to useless.

I assume, that sensor is dead. You can also try it on other PC without Synapse installed to confirm is it mouse issue.

Did you checked other USB port on your PC? Preferred USB 3.0 and above, avoid USB hubs - plug it directly into the motherboard.
You can also try to update your motheboard (Chipset) drivers and BIOS.
Some issues can be caused by old gpu drivers - you can do a clean install with DDU tool (display driver uninstaller, run in safe mode), then download the newest available GPU drivers from vendor website (Intel/NVIDIA/AMD).

I just finished that, however transferring it back to the main computer. I found that i had no mouse cursor movement. I used a twisted edge of paper towel and slipped it into the sensor hole and got some movement, along with a bit of pressure, i did this a few times, and now the cursor is back to having good y axis movement, but laggy x axis. its strange if its the sensor failing because on the other computer it was smooth, but only during the updates menu, when the second computer was in its desktop phase the mouse was wonky on there as well.

I bought a cheap 20 dollar Razer replacement, this problem is too technical to waste my time.
