Razer naga molten cant use left click on desktop or start menu help

Hi guys I've recently encountered a problem with my razer naga it will only let me click on icons on my task bar like chrome discord and steam the ones I have pinned. It will not let me click anything else on the desktop also when I open google chrome i can only click on my shortcuts and it opens a new tab. If I try to then click on the open tab then it will close it. I've reset my pc 3 times, tried every usb port, also did a command in cmd using this guide https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads/i-cant-click-anything.2940059/ and uninstalled razer synapse and updated drivers for it and none of that has fixed the problem. I am using a different cheap mouse now and there is no problems with it. Can any one help?
