Is there any help? I have been having alot of issuse with the light on my brand new Razer Naga Pro. The lights would go off...tried it on other ports still no go. They removed its driver from device manager and reset and it came back on. BUT the issue now is If i click advanced effect to customize the glows or colors it immediatly turns off no lights, until synapse is switched back to quick effects? Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hey there! Thanks for creating this thread. Have you tried resetting the mouse through the Razer Synapse 3.0 settings? Have updated its driver? If you haven't, please click this link. Should the issue persists, please repair the Razer Synapse 3.0 by following the steps here.

I have done all that. But now i think i have discovered the issue.....there is a button on the bottom of the razer naga pro to switch profiles...ok 1 of my profiles is red and the led on the bottom of the mouse should turn red i believe to indicate which profile. BUT when i push that button it doesnt switch profiles...it stays on the default white. I have reinstalled synapse and the drivers.

Thanks for letting me know. Does the same behavior happen when it is connected to a different computer? By the way, when and where did you buy the mouse? If you are residing outside the US and bought it from a reseller, please contact the store and request a replacement. Otherwise, submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM so I can assist you.
When you select 'Advanced Effect', did you try entering Chroma Studio to apply effects to the mouse (i.e. select any effect, highlight the mouse, set the color and save).

For the profile button below, the led color will change accordingly only when Synapse is not running.
When Synapse is running, the led color will remain white and when pressed, it will change to the next Synapse Profile. So ensure you have at least 2 Synapse profiles created for it to work.

Thanks for sharing! I appreciated this.

Hi Ragathiel! Have you check this what -WhiteRabbit- posted above?
