Did you configure the DPI from Synapse 3? And what is it set to?

Also the 2.4ghz dongle of the NPro, is it connected on the direct USB port of the pc/laptop or on a USB hub?

in my experience of Razer Wireless Mice that i owned. idk if this bug or glitch. what i do. is

  • removing the device from ur pc,
  • restart ur pc
  • And then reconnect the device.
  • then start over from calibration etc that u need for ur mice. This should do the trick

Yes i configured DPI on Synapse 3.
Both USB connection have this issue. Its not permanently, its once in 5 minutes (cca) and sometimes i need to remove and then put back USB connector of mouse.
Update:
1. tried to turn off wifi (i read that can be problem with wifi), but doesnt work.

I'd try mouse on some live USB linux (just boot up linux from USB stick, and check the mouse behaviour). If it will do the same - check on different PC.

Be sure, that mouse (or dongle) is NOT connected to USB HUB.

If there's still tracking problem on different computer - there might be congestion on 2.4GHz wireless. Be sure, that you're not using your mouse near microwave (it kills 2.4GHz signal, when it's working).

Mause is ok if its connected by cable. USB is in motherboard USB.
Microwave is 5 meters behind 2 walls.
I iwll try mouse on other PC.

Ok, it happened from the 1st day? or afer 1 week / month / year etc.
Did something changed in your environment (new RF device, access point, bluetooth device etc)?

Removing - he probably mean to just unplug device from USB port.

im so sorry for missunderstanding, "removing" that what i mean is clear uninstall the driver
if you go to bluetooth setting there is list of device that are connected to ur pc, u can removed from there and uninstall the drive with 3rd party app such as ccleaner etc

This was my thread revolving around the same issue, seems to be wide spread.

May I ask what software for the recording screen?

For your problem, it might be some signal collusion. I had a similar issue back in the day while I am using a cheap wireless mouse.

Somehow it constantly disrupted the signal when I place my phone nearby.

It might have some interference with either wifi or mobile radio.
There was a similar problem, I tried absolutely all the methods described above.
I was completely desperate, wanted to write to Razer, asking for an exchange / refund.
The problem was resolved when I placed the 2.4Ghz transmitter 1 meter higher using a usb extension cable.
Perhaps in my case, the problem was in the built-in wifi module of the motherboard, which also operates at 2.4Ghz. And moving the Hyperspeed transmitter some distance helped.
At this point, the mouse is working perfectly.
Also try to play with the movement of the transmitter in space).
