Razer Naga trinity issues

So I was on my computer and i tried to download synapse to change the lighting on my mouse. The second It installs my mouse repeat scroll (when you push the scroll wheel to the side) is reversed. Me confused I try to reverse it but it keeps saying I need synapse. I then attempt to factory reset it so the settings are back to normal. After about 3 minutes of it not working I get fed up and I uninstall synapse, to my surprise the repeat scroll isn't working at all. So I reinstall synapse and it now isn't detected. I delete the drives even try contact Razer but to no avail. I'm wondering if anyone has had the same issue or know how to fix it.
