When holding down the left click button the mouse will randomly release or double click. I've had it for almost 13 months now and the issue started about a month ago but is occurring more frequently as of late. I re-installed synapse with little to no effect.

i have the same issue but i buy my mouse in past november.
Bought my Naga Trinity in 02/2018.
Just have started to get the left click issue.
This is purely unbearable. Never got that king of issue with any pointer device I had, and some of them were being used for years (if not a decade).
All I could find is a video to perform surgery on the mouse (...)
The alternative is a software to block registering double-clicks
Can't believe this is where I get for buying such an expensive device

Yeah, this is ridiculous. This very common Naga issue is giving Razer a black eye.
