Razer Naga Trinity

Hey guys I've been using the naga trinity (12 button mmo side usually) for a couple months now and after I updated my windows yesterday I noticed I can’t use any of the side buttons but when it’s plugged in it spams the number 1 as if I’ve got a weight on the key on my keyboard. I was wondering if anyone’s had any similar issues, I only have 1 profile and it’s using that one but all the inputs are scuffed and not lining up with what I’ve set up. I’ve tried taking the panel off, blowing off dust and putting it back on, restarting my PC with and without it plugged in, I've even reset the mouse through razer synapse, I don't know what to do cause i spent a fortune on this and there's no way i can replace it due to covid taking my job.
