Razer Naga X - Half of the buttons not working, only 4 months of use

I paid a lot of money to get my razer naga X from amazon to my country (chile) and now 6 of twelve buttons stopped working. this problem started exactly one month ago, where the 12 button stopped working out of nowhere, then some days later the "3" button also stopped working, then the 6 button also started malfunctioning, i have to press that button hard to get it to work. i used the mouse without more problems for the rest of the month until one week ago where i stopped using the mouse for several days because my laptop charger stopped working (kill me) and now im using the mouse again in another computer and the 4, 7, and 10 just stopped working. i resetted all my profiles, did factory reset to my mouse, i reinstalled the drivers, and nothing worked. in every system the buttons just dont work, is there any fix? do i have warranty on my country if i bought the mouse in amazon?

That's dreadful. Sorry to hear about what happened to your Razer Naga X. Have you tried cleaning the side buttons by using a can of compressed air? Should the issue persists, please contact your reseller since that's the only way to get a replacement in your region/country. I’ll be locking this thread now.
