Hi,
My razer nari does not work, the dongle is recognized as Avnera av6301.
Tried the dongle recovery tool, but get "no action required"(https://support.razer.com/articles/1588406641)

Could you please help me ?

Having the same issue, please help.


Both of you need to reconnect USB dongle, until soft will recognize it.

J'ai le problème a mon tour ! Je ne sait pas quoi faire avec mon razer nari ultimate il ne arche plus avec la clé usb et le micro ne marche pas avec le fil.

hi i've tried everything and my issue 6 month ago so and i bought the device almost 1 year and nothing happened sometime connected sometime not 5 mins ago i a video for that issue the video creator disassemble the dongle but for me im freaking out about doing that so u better to find out how fix that problem

Hey there! Thanks for posting your concern here. Have you tried updating the headset's firmware using the Razer Nari pairing utility guide? Ensure that the Razer Synapse 3 is close while updating its firmware. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.

Same for me! They deleted my last comment, so I'll say it again: they don't have any dongle "stocks" to replace it ... it's Razer ...
They ask me to contact them in "several weeks", but nothing indicates that they will have stock again ...

I believe this is the last time I will buy a Razer item.

I have the same Issue here with my Razer Nari in my computer. I reinstalled the windows 10 a lot times today and the updates but the dongle recognized as Avnera Av6301.

USB 2.0, with cable, USB 3.0 I tried everything here today but don’t works more.

Can you please help me with that ?

If I connect the dongle it is discovered as the Avrena 6301.
What should I do?
On a second device its the same. but it started there yesterday before it was all ok.
I used the dongle recovery tool, once it said that there is an update

Adapter-Version: Headset-Version:15
Newest Version: 14 Newest Version: 14

But if i click UPDATE it crashes.

I think the dongle is damaged. But at the beginning it runs perfekt and i do nothing than pull it out in push it in..

What should I do?
