Razer Nari Essential Bad sound when Recording/Streaming - Razer Nari Essential

Hi fellow gamers,
I have a problem with Razer Nari Essential when recording or streaming my gameplay, because the sound is very distorted and bad in the videos.... For recording i use Streamlabs OBS (i have the same problem with AMD ReLive and OBS Studio too).
So, when i play the game, my default device for sound is THX Spatial sound and Razer Nari Essential - Chat is default communication device....BUT in streamlabs OBS i have set Razer Nari Ultimate - Game as the sound to record, because if i chose THX Spatial, there is no sound in the video after recording.
So now everything works except that the sound in the recorded video is bad.... here is the example in one of my videos

Have you tried reinstalling the Razer Synapse or THX Spatial Audio? Have you adjusted the audio settings in OBS too? Send me the serial number of your Razer Nari Essential via PM together with your Razer Synapse 3.0 logs. Let's continue from there. I'll be locking this thread now.
