Razer Nari Essential beeping for no reason

I bought my Razer Nari Essential for my PS4 sometime I believe November 2019, but I have not gotten to use it much because since around June, it is always making noise for seemingly no reason.

I sit less than 8ft from my PS4 at all times, but my headset is constantly beeping as if it's out of range. It also rapidly disconnects and reconnects at times. The headset is on full battery during all attempts made to make it work. It has never been dropped, hit, etc. I've attempted unplugging the dongle from my console and plugging it back in, and I have tried keeping the dongle plugged in while having the headset turned on and connected to a charging cable. Neither of these things have helped.

I have searched far and wide on the forums to find a solution to this issue, but I can't find one thing. Whenever someone with the same issue as mine, using a PS4, submits a forum over the issue, PC users butt in and THEIR issue is solved but the PS4 users' issues never get figured out.

Make sure your wireless dongle is in free sight of the headset
