Hi,
I have purchased the Razer Nari Essential headset on Sunday and after a few days a little crackle has developed. This crackling happens whenever there is dialogue in a game and sometimes in my Discord calls, any potential fixes?

My Krakens did this as well. My brothers Nari ultimate did too. They both just stopped after a while so I am not to sure.
I came seeking answers to this as well. My Nari Ultimate crackles with game audio, but ONLY does it with my Razer laptops, which is insane. They work fine with other devices and PCs. I can't believe there isn't a single reply to this from someone at Razer.

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your concerns here. Sorry to hear about your headset's concern. Does the issue happen while connecting it to a different port on your PC? Does the crackle occur while using it on another program that uses video and audio? If it does, please send me a PM together with your headset's serial number. Let's continue from there.
These are the worst headphones ever (Nari Ultimate)! They crackle when turning the volume up / down, during dialogue, game play, et cetera. If I turn the volume down really far and set the EQ low enough, most crackling goes away. They're horrible and I absolutely regret buying these shoddy headphones. I've tried switching USB ports, no help. It's a miserable experience having spent as much as I did for 2 pair (got a pair for my spouse too) only to have them work this poorly! Absolute rip off. Don't even get me started on the crappy Synapse interface that, at times, can't identify the headset (god forbid you restart the computer without turning off the headset first). These things are a complete joke!
And getting the headset serial number? Who was the idiot who designed the "take off the ear piece to get to it and make the owner wonder if he's breaking the device"....
