[Razer Nari Essential] Help for configuration

I have a Razer Nari essential (with dongle), which I connect to my computer without any problems.

The problem is, when I turn it on or off, I have to manually select in the sound settings, the headset, the headset mic or the speakers on my computer; it does not switch automatically, as with wired headphones.

This gymnastics is boring, especially since it is necessary to do the operation for the headset AND for the microphone of the headset, every time I turn it on and off; so suddenly it is neither practical nor intuitive.
Is there a way to rectify this?
