when i turn on the headphones i get a driver error. I've tried removing the headphones from the system completely and installing them, but it still shows the driver error

Were there any updates applied to your system before the issue? Please send me the serial number of your device via PM, along with a screenshot of how it appears on the Device Manager and the driver error message. That way, I can verify its model and look into better solutions. Let's continue from there.
