I have a Razer Nari and I love it , it's very comfortable and I love the sound and sound isolation. I own many Razer products and have never had any issues with build quality ever!
Unfortunately my Razer Nari snapped on the left hinge as I was taking them off my head, I was not even rough with them , they just snapped like that!
They look brand new, have never been dropped or handled roughly, just normal use, not even daily use. Can't believe how delicate they are.
They are quite new and only 5 months old!
I am really disapointed with the build quality that it lacks, just to snap in my hands taking it off, they seriously cannot be that fragile. Feel really unhappy about it as they are quite new and now feel that I have wasted my money and have to buy another headset as the left speaker now just hangs and the head strap now provides no support for wearing them any more.
I don't even believe this will be covered by warranty either :slightly_sad:

This is the first time I've heard of a Nari headband snapping like that. Do you mind putting up a short clip highlighting the broken parts? PM me the serial number of your headset as well so I can run this through our Warranty Team.
