Razer Nari is going crazy

Hello, I have had serious problems with my Razer Nari headset since last night.
It's always the same, I turn on the headset, everything goes well for the first 30 seconds to 1 minute and then the sound keeps chopping off.
It's not just audio output, it's audio input as well.
My friends hear me as choppy as I hear them.

It sounds like the headset is about to lose the connection, as if I were 10 meters away and the connection barely comes through, except that I am sitting about 40 CM away from the dongle.

I've already reinstalled all drivers, turned off the Razer Synapse 3, and ran it without THX. I put the dongle in a different position too.
But none of that helped.

The only thing I can think of is a firmware update, but I no longer have an original Razer USB cable,
and the last firmware update is from 2019 and I updated it half a year or so ago.

Anyone else has an idea?

Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Are you referring to this model? Have you tried installing its pairing utility? Please perform the steps below and see if it helps:

  • Open Control panel.
  • Change the view at the top-right and select either small or large icons, then select "Power Options".
  • Choose what the power button does in the left panel.
  • Click the "Change settings that are currently unavailable" link.
  • Scroll down and uncheck the box in front of “Turn on fast startup” and save changes.
