I got this new NZXT Kraken X52 Water Cooler, and right after I started my PC for some reason the headphones won't work. They don't pair with the PC and won't even show up in Synapse 3.
I've tried a lot of things that I thought they might work, uninstalling and installing the drivers, uninstalling and installing synapse, plugging the headset in another pc, Razer Nari Firmware Updater(it doesn't let me continue even though the dongle and cable are connected to my pc). None of these methods have worked.
A friend of mine has the same headset and water cooler but didn't have any problems after mounting the cooler as I did.
As I was mounting the cooler and testing it to see if it works, my case LED's got burnt, so that might be what caused this, but my other USB devices are working properly.
I am really lost now and would appreciate it if you could help me in any way.

I as well cannot update my firmware, it sees my dongle but does not recognize that i have my headset plugged in physically... I'm getting scratching sounds when there's a higher pitch sound playing, like a woman talking or yelling, very annoying, figured i'd try and update the firmware and i cant even do that.

I think the problem with this headset is the dongle itself, if its broken, malfunctioning or lost then I think its game over.
My PC doesn't even see the dongle, no drivers are installed like they were the first time. Idk what to do at this point.

Happens to me as well, The only way i can charge this headset is if i connect both, the USB and the 3.5 to the PC, then it gets detected and charges.
