Razer Nari mic still not functional

I've returned two Razer Nari's to different stores and I now have a third one from a (third) different store. I could say now that it can't be a faulty batch from a specific store. At the first glance the Nari (that I have now) worked seamlessly, microphone was working and people could hear me on Discord or in game. Until my computer went into standby mode. After waking up the pc and reconnecting the headset, it went in a pingpong mode (continuously connect/disconnect). I did restart the computer and as from that moment, the microphone didn't transmit any sound anymore (over USB).. Dispite there were two updates of synapse, described with Nari related fixes, It's still screwing the Nari up. In wired mode, everything is still working. But that's not why I bought a wireless headset for :')

*If I turn the option 'SIDETONE' to active, in Synapse, I do hear my voice over the earcups.. But nothing in windows. Even when I plug in the USB into an other computer or laptop.

I already have contacted the razer support previously, at the first Nari I had, and walked through all 1st/2nd line support recorded steps (those such as have you tried put it off and on again). End result; they tell me the device is faulty and should be returned. You can't tell me now that all three the Nari's I have had are faulty. (If so, then there are serious shortcommings at your factories)

Can you please inform me/us the current state of this issue and when a real fix can be to be expected AND I would like to know if the Nari headset can be reset through a factory reset or something?

Bumping this. I too am on my 3rd Nari headset. I just had an absolutely HORRIBLE call with Razer support. We need better options on this than "Let's do a return". I bought my Nari in October, and it is now January 7th and I have never had one where the mic works for more than the first day of install.
Did any of my co-staff try to reach you regarding your issues about your Razer Nari? If not, please send me a PM together with the serial number of your Razer Nari. Let's start from there.
