Razer Nari Not Being Detected By Synapse

sorry if this has already been asked, but my nari is not being detected by synapse. I was working fine yesterday, I booted up this morning and its not there. Im not sure if it is just me or not, but the head set sounds like a cheap pair of headphones now. I have tried to end the program via the task manager. I have all windows updates. I have tried unplugging the dongle and plugging it back in. I have also tried rebooting pc, and nothing works.

Hi there! What other workarounds have you done so far in an attempt to fix the issue? Have you tried connecting it to a different computer with Synapse and check if the issue is the same? Let's isolate the problem by following the steps provided by this link and let's see if it helps.
