Razer Nari Not Working


hello everyone, I have a Razer nari that has been perfectly fine until it stopped working in one earphone last night, but both of them worked when plugged in through 3.5mm headphone jack. I then uninstalled all the razer files and reinstalled them and now the audio output won’t work wirelessly through game or chat AT ALL. It will only work if it’s plugged in via 3.5mm headphone jack, plus there’s no led indicator unless it is plugged in with micro usb charging cable. I’ve been up for the past 9 hours trying to figure out what’s wrong with them but I can’t fix it, I’ve tried everything. Help me!

Hi there. You're on the right board. Sorry to hear about your Razer Nari's concern. By the way, have you tried updating your Razer headset recently? It seems like a battery issue. Have you tried charging the headset using the supplied USB cable while connected to your computer for 4 hours and check if it gives a static gree LED status while it is on wireless?
Hello! Yes, and it still didn’t work unfortunately. I talked to customer support yesterday and tried a number of different things and none of them worked, so they diagnosed it as defective. I’m just waiting for my approval of warranty right now but I really appreciate all the help on your end, as well as razers staff!
