Razer nari not working

I just buy a Razer Nari today.

I first plug USB cable to it for charging. Light was red, then green, all seem to be ok.
I plug the wireless USB connector, then it pop a Synapse installation Windows, so I do It.

The Razer Nari was not show in Synapse, so I try to update firware as it show here :
https://support.razer.com/gaming-headsets-and-audio/razer-nari/
with Nari_FirmwareUpdater_v14_r8.exe

After this update, the sound (wireless mode) working, but when switch off the headset, I can't back to switch on. For switch on Nari, I must then reboot Windows 10, and apply firmware again. It seem that the firware update work for the dongle, but not "saved" for the headset (installed firmware release always blank).

And then, I try to use the recovery tool (NariDongleRecoveryTool_v1.02.00.exe), and then, nothing.
Now, when I connect Nari on USB, no light, and I can't switch on headset with button. I try to change USB port (3.0 or 2.0), both dongle or USB to Nari : nothing. I also try to reinstall Synapse 3, nothing.
Now, the headset only work when using direct audio through 3"5 cable.

As I previously said, since I use NariDongleRecoveryTool_v1.02.00.exe, the Nari is no longer recognize when plugin with USB, including when I launch the firmwareUpdate, the one you provide or the previ

In that case, the next best thing to do is to send it in for a replacement. Send me a PM with the serial number of your device so I can check the warranty status along with where you bought it from.
