Razer Nari Speaker Issue [Mac]

Hi, I bought the Razer Nari Essential to listen to music and communicate while working from home. After many weeks of this headset working wonderfully, suddenly the audio started coming out from one speaker.

I can't install synapse 3 cause I'm from a Mac. One day, they just started working fine again, but out of curiosity i had a person I knew install the software on his PC to figure out a minor issue... then when I logged in into Synapse 3, the one speaker working issue came back and it hasn't left since.

I have looked everywhere, I have emailed and I have watched countless videos trying to figure out what to do but no one seems to have this problem.

Can someone help me?
