Razer Nari Ultimate are no longer on!

I have owned the Razer nari ultimate headset for a few months. But suddenly I can no longer turn it on. I've been charging it for hours, but nothing shines. There is no blinking that it is charging. When I connect the headset with a cable everything works.
Pls Help me.

This has happened to me before too. Just did an exchange with the store because I couldn't find the root of the problem; my best guess was that the battery completely discharged some way or another.
Absolutely same issue here, but also with the buzzing happening when I pug in the usb cable time to time. Also the first day that happened the led indicator was on even when the headset was offline. That's most likely a hardware issue and unfortunately you'll have to get them changed or fixed.

It's working fine so far after the exchange, but I'm not confident that it won't happen again cause recently it started beeping for no good reason (connecting / disconnecting constantly).

I exchanged it after about 5 months of buying; it's now +8 months since the exchange. Yeah I agree, it's a good piece of hardware really but just not built very sturdily.

I had the same problem. I hope the new Headset will not have these problems. I mean the sound is good af but if it got so fast a defect is that a bad joke for that much money..

Using it for only 2 months, which is a really short time for any device. And unfortunately I can't get them changed or fixed because there is no repair center here.

I agree on sound quality, also hypersense is incredible, but the general quality makes me raise the eyebrow considering the price.
Me ha pasado lo mismo. Desde ayer que no me funciona el modo inalambrico, no se enciende ningún led ni nada, no carga con ningún cable, ni con ningún dispositivo, en cambio con el jack de 3.5mm funciona el audio...
No entiendo como puede pasar esto con unos auriculares de 200€!!!

@Razer podéis dar algún tipo de solución o explicación??
