Razer Nari Ultimate Battery and Loading issues

Hi, I'm using the Razer Nari Ultimate since 6 months but now it makes strange noises when I'm loading it and it always turns off. E.g. I play for 1 hour with the cable and while playing (without haptic feedback etc.) it turns off and it must load for 10min. Then it turns off again and again. And when it is loading and when I'm wearing the headset while this, it makes strange noises. It sounds like a little engine or sth. But when I'm loading the headset via the usb-cable to my pc, windows always makes the sound, that a new device is there. Right now, the headset is actually unusable and I need help, please.
