Razer Nari Ultimate Charging problems

So a few years ago I had a Razer Nari Ultimate. I think it was this one: https://www.amazon.nl/Razer-RZ04-02670100-R3M1-Nari-Ultimate/dp/B07GX6T3K1/ref=d_pd_sbs_sccl_1_1/260-5998406-3817620?pd_rd_w=KH04n&content-id=amzn1.sym.a374ef47-5b59-4ab3-bb43-bba7cb6cfd69&pf_rd_p=a374ef47-5b59-4ab3-bb43-bba7cb6cfd69&pf_rd_r=CN90XBD6MJVQRKXGB0V4&pd_rd_wg=clyCn&pd_rd_r=fe20f5c3-b20f-441d-8f4b-32a20bab77bc&pd_rd_i=B07GX6T3K1&th=1

It was a great headset until half a year later. When the battery was empty, I pluged in the charger. I wanted to keep playing so I kept playing with the cable connected. This is where everything went wrong. The headset kept giving the USB plug in and out sound.
It even turned itselfs off sometimes. It was soooo annoying and it drove me crazy. I decided to ask for a refund at amazon after a year or so. Amazingly amazon told me to send the old one back and they would send a new one. As happy as I was, the problems came back after half a year of using the headset. Again...
After another year I am done with this headset. I now want to know if I am the only one having these problems.

The problems I have:
- USB sounds (USB plug in and out)
- Headset randomly decides to turn off at some points. (Almost every minute)
- When the headset turns itself of after being idle for 5 minutes, the headset won't turn on without replugging the cable. It looks like it never charged overnight. After replugging the cable, it will turn itself off when I plug out the cable. This problem does not apply when I manually turn off the headset or when I replug the headset before leaving it overnight.

The first 2 in the list stop after the headset it plugged in for about 15 minutes.

Is anyone having the same problems? It can't be the USB port of my pc right? Cause it stops after 15 minutes.

Nope, I never found a solution. The only solution I can think of is using the cable. This way the headset will never be on a low battery. And once in a time the problem just come back and disappear. Pretty annoying.
It almost looks like I am the only one on the internet that has these problems. While I had the same problems with the first Nari Ultimate I had before I received a new one from amazon. Maybe something with my PC?
Just purchased brand new and it does this pretty annoying that they can't implement type-c into the 2022 models
