So I purchased this headset on a whim, it being my first high quality headset outside of astros and can say that these feel and sound amazing. However, the only issue it that I primarily bought it so I could use it with my Xbox, as I'm primarily a console gamer. By the product description, I was under the impression that I could use this product on my Xbox. Sound works just fine, as does connection. The only big issue that I have is that whenever I use it for chat, the entire lobby/party can hear a HORRIBLE echo coming from my headset. When people talk; Echo, when game sounds happen; Echo, when I'm listening to music via the headset; ECHO, even when turning mic monitoring all the way down, this is still an issue.

I can't use this product at all for chat. On windows, this is not an issue; only happens on my Xbox. I've already tried contacting support and was given basic macro responses pertaining to how to get it working on windows, and updating drivers, despite clearly stating both via email and in live chat that this was an issue on console.

I'd like to be able to properly use the product I payed $200 for, otherwise I'll regretfully have to send it back and get a refund. Paying that price for a headset, it should work as advertised and not require any third party accessories/software to do it.

Hello! Have you tried lowering the headset volume to see if it helps? Check your audio output settings as well. Let me know how it goes.

I've already done this several times to no avail. Really wanting to use this headset with my console and one of the reasons I purchased it was to do so because I stream but I can't even use it. Considering returning it if I can't get this resolved.

Thanks for the reply. Have you tried using a different 3.5mm analog cable or a different controller to see if the issue persists? Can you PM me the case number? Let's continue there.
