I have the same problem with regular Nari wireless. Their usb receiver just somehow hates direct usb ports on the motherboard. The temporary solution I've come up with is to connect Nari's Bluetooth receiver to the usb extension cable (I got one from wireless Mamba) and put it as close to the headset as possible. Then wait for the warranty replacement/reclamation.
Hi,
i also have this Problem or i should say i still have this Problem. My other thread got closed cause i thought the solution was found. I have the Nari Headset, not the Essential or Ultimate
Razer.Caziel was helping me, by giving me the NariDongleRecoveryTool_v1.02.00. This helped for a couple of hours and out of nowhere it started again. It is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting. I bought this headset in February from Saturn in Germany and i couldnt and still cant return it cause of the lockdown.
Is there any other solution out there except the recovery tool?

As I wrote above, until the lockdown (Moscow is locked too) will be lifted, connect the dongle to the GOOD usb extender and put it as near to the Headset as possible. All my 5 Razer devices stopped crazy reconnection spree after I did this.

Thank you for replying to my message. I already tried your solution before posting again about this problem.

I tried 3 different USB extenders, from cheap to expensive. Maybe you could tell me which one you used? At one point i got the other problem which a lot of other people are discribing where the Dongle is recognised as "Avnera AV6301" USB which is supposed to be fixed by the Dongle Recovery Tool, but it disconnects before i can do anything with the tool.

I tried:
RazerNariPairingUtility_v1.01.00
Nari_FirmwareUpdater_v15_r1
NariDongleRecoveryTool_v1.02.00
every USB Port on my Computer from USB2 and USB3
3 different USB extender

I cant run any of the supossedly helping software cause it disconnects to frequently. Any further help from the Razer support would be much appreciated. I already contacted the german version support.razer.com/contact-us and asked for a RMA Number but got no answer til now. The Ticket Number is: 200401-001109

First of all, I AM NOT A RAZER OFFICIAL, just a gamer.
Razer or any other software didn't help me at all either. For the extender, I used the special(?) USB wire from the Mamba mouse, which you supposedly can find on AliExpres or ask Razer directly and the adapter from Mamba mouse for miniUSB-USB. No other extenders worked for me either.
Did any of you find a fix after? I've had them a couple of weeks and had no end of problems, constantly disconnecting. now getting notifications that windows failed to recognize the device. uninstalled drivers & synapse, still not resolved.
Spoke to Razer and they want me to return the headset, by taking it to fedex which is 40mins from me i don't feel comfortable doing so as i live with my folks and theyve been told to isolate indefinitely as they're extremely vulnerable. had to start working from home.

My Nari works perfectly now with the USB extender. The receiver dongle is about 0.5 meters away from the headset and a meter away from the PC.

Still will exchange the headset after the quarantine is lifted as Nari is not stable for me while the receiver is plugged directly to the PC.

Yea I'm returning mine, will not go anywhere near razer audio equipment again, lot of money for awful tech.
