Hey guys I just logged in to post my fix for the constant disconnecting of the Nari Ultimate.
Basically when the head set is plugged into the computer directly with the cable the computer reads the headset as TWO different devices. So for me to be able to charge my headphone while also using them I had to use an external USB port that is not connected to the computer. I bought a power strip that had built in USB ports and then bought a longer USB cable that will run to my headset without restricting movement.
It is a sad fix but it does the trick. Hopefully some day we will have a fix for this and I will be able to charge my headphones while using them via my computer but until then this is what solved the problem for me.

Thank you, this problem started after a windows 10 update. The headset was connected to the computer to charge and I restarted to install windows updates. After the update the headset gave a long beep after I tried to turn it on. After reading this post and disconnecting the headset it works again. I guess i'll just have to use my phone charger to charge the headset.
