Razer Nari Ultimate disconnecting

Hi!
I have the next problem , the headset is disconnecting . It's not something constant , like when i am listening to music everything is almost ok , i am still getting some problems but in games is the problem .
First i noticed while playing darksouls 3 is disconnect like 3-4 in a row with a 2 sec pause between disconnections , same thing with battlefield 5 , in r6 i dont have this problem , i can see in the razer synapse the device appearing and disappearing . it's annoying . And the range is low , i changed from man'o war to nari ultimate , with the man;o war i could use it from 10 m or more , but with the nari after 4 m is out.

Hi there! When did this issue start to happen? Have you tried reinstalling Synapse to see if the same issue persists?
Hi!

I also am having the same issue, start with in a week of owning them. Now they always just beep, tried putting the usb dongle into multiple different ports with no luck, tried on other computers with no luck, i finally had to uninstall razer synapse to get it to even work for like a minute with out beeping. So what is the fix for this thing? Yes they are fully charged, yes i am like 2 feet away from the dongle and it still does this. Have to say this is very frustrating.
Hopefully This video helps

sorry for the Thumbnail but it show that if you have a external hardrive connect remotely Close to your wireless dongle it will disrupt the signal.Hopefully this helps.

Thank you for the video, I am charging them up now after moving everything away from the dongle as he shows in the video. I also had it on a usb3 the last time I tried them so lets see if it works. I will post back if it does.
nope the changes I made according to that video did not help. I am actually dropping signal now about ever 2 seconds. Not sure where to go from here.
Hi! I have the same problem for a months now, but it started to happen very very often while playing games! When I dont play, but watching movies, listen music it doesnt happen in 95% of the cases! IT'S DEFINITELY NOT FROM THE BATTERY!
It's doing it even when they are fully charged!
And it doesnt matter if I set them to Game or Chat mode!
Tried also reinstalling the synapse - nothing!
Tried removing the USB (the small one that connects to the PC, not the long cable) and pluging it again - it's fixing it for like 5 min. and then the disconection-reconection starts again!
This is starting to annoy me a lot and I'm on the edge to return them!:mad_::mad_:
whats the solution to this. Razer staff need to come up with a public solution rather than taking everyone into PMs and replacing hardware. that doesnt fix the issue at all.
I'm seeing this issue as well on my Nari Ultimate headset. Out of the blue, I start getting random disconnection beeps and then Windows claims my device malfunctioned. I tried the suggestions here (Dongle recovery tool, Uninstall/Re-install of Razer Synapse 3.0) and saw no change at all in this issue. I was getting the issue first on my work laptop starting two days ago, and after trying all the "fixes" mentioned above, got nowhere. Switched to my gaming desktop and had no issues whatsoever until Today, when I am am seeing the exact same issues. Tried the same useless dongle recovery tool, same re-install of Synapse, and eliminated any and all sources of interference, and still it disconnects and now windows won't recognize the dongle on any of the USB ports. When it was working, the headset was awesome. Now? It's utterly worthless, and certainly doesn't live up to my past Razer headsets which never gave me any issues. I'm very disappointed. I've uploaded a pic of the relevant info on the back of the USB dongle, hopefully some of Razer's technicians can assist.
I have the same disconnecting problems the first month ok after that the consent beep boop beep boop making me want to throw my headset at the wall. they can be charges all the way up and still have these problems. Drives me mad. Windows doesn't recognize the dongle when this occurs and even in some cases when I'm listening to something it has to do with volume. like when starting a movie and background music plays slightly you can hear it but the moment something happens like someone talking and the audio gets louder crackling happens then the beep boops go insane. I've never been so disappointed and tried doing a firmware update on two different computers but they never see that the device is connected when it is.
same issue
I just started having the same issue as well.
I think I may have figured out why:

I bought a set of these a couple of days ago. Had the same issue. Figured out that everytime I turned my head so that the left side of my headset was facing away from the RF receiver, they became disconnected... even sitting at 3 feet away from the receiver. So, I started thinking, "power issue".

I had my RF receiver plugged into a hub. I moved the RF receiver into it's own USB port off the motherboard. The problem immediately disappeared.

Hi there! Thanks for posting your headset's concern here. Have you tried updating the dongle by downloading the Razer Nari Ultimate's pairing utility firmware? If you haven't, please click this link and see if it helps.

I have the exactly same issue. Right now my computer can not detect the dongle anymore, the headset is totally fucked up. And neither the tools Razer provided works. Seems totally rubbish product to me, just get broken in months.
