I use that headseat already 3 years and its already my second one because of hardwareproblems. So when i turn on my headphones windows kicks it out and doesnt even show the channels chat and game anymore. I tried already everything reinstalling synapse using a nother usb-spot... someone knows how to fix it?
Im realy disappointed about that im a big razer fan and have everything by them without any bad experience excpect the razer nari ultimate..

yeah i did already, looks like the dungle is broken and razer dont care because warranty is over. Theoretically it didn´t hold one year of use because it was already replaced one time. Looks like these wireless headsets by razer aren´t made to hold long. Dissapoints me as a razer fan.

sadly i tried all of these already doesnt work its the dongel which is broken and their is no second one to buy.. have to use it not wireless or buy a new one.
