I have Razer Nari Ultimate and a few weeks ago my dongle started to disconnect and from time to time Windows show the error - USB device not recognized.
I tried to change PC, usb ports - nothing helped.
RazerNariUltimatePairingUtility showing version 106 on both devices and pairs it successfully.
Nari_FirmwareUpdater - not recognize USB dongle.
Does someone have such a problem? Any suggestions?

Thank you for posting your concern here. You've pretty much covered all suggested troubleshooting. I'm inclined to this being a hardware issue. Please PM me your device's serial number and purchase receipt to validate the warranty status and look into RMA options. Let's continue from there.
