Razer Nari Ultimate - Dongle Issues?

Good afternoon,

I've had Razer Nari Ultimates for a few weeks now however I've experienced nothing but issues the whole time. First I wouldn't get any sound when I set THX Spatial - Synapse as the default audio output as recommended by Synapse. I've messed around for hours now in windows sound settings trying to get it to work with no luck.

When I plug them into my laptop the Nari Ultimate continuously beeps and disconnects and reconnects. The same thing happens on my PC but not as often. It will happen mid-game however which is super annoying. I will then have to reconnect the USB dongle to my PC in which most of the time I get 'USB device not recognized by windows'. I would then have to continuously trial and error the four different USB ports I have on my PC until it eventually starts working again.

Today though, the USB dongle is now not recognizing at all not matter how many times I reconnect it. I've messed around reinstalling Synapse multiple times as well the the device drivers. I've also used to Nari Dongle Recovery tool from Razer however that hasn't fixed the issue.

Can you please provide me a fix for any of these issues or recommend a return to store - I've currently rolled back to my old headset because my Nari Ultimate is unusable. I've essentially paid $399 AUD for a paper weight at this stage.

Hi there,

I myself recently bought a Razer Nari and was facing a similar problem. I fixed it however and here's how I did so:

As attached in the image below, what I did was click on the "SET AS DEFAULT" button in the MIXER tab under the AUDIO tab of Razer Synapse 3 under the THX SPATIAL AUDIO category.

If you don't see the option, try setting the Windows default output to something else other than the THX.
