Howdy,
For some reason my Razer Nari Ultimate dongle all of a sudden decided to stop working! it's not being detected by Synapse 3.0 or my PC at all. I tried almost all the troubleshooting steps I found online including the dongle recovery, reinstalling Synapse, etc. with no dice. I even tested the dongle on two of my other gaming PCs and still nothing. It seems like the dongle is completely dead...
So my question is where can I get/purchase another dongle? since it's no longer available for purchase on your website.

Please PM me the serial number of your headset and share a copy of your receipt so I can validate its model and check its warranty status. It will also help me start a case for a dongle replacement request so we can check our options in sending you a replacement dongle. Thank you!
