I am hoping that someone can help me a little further. I just got the Razer Nari Ultimate headset and love it when connected to the computer or any other device via the 3.5mm cable (phone, etc.). The problem I have is when I try to connect it to my XBox One Standard Controller for headset use. The XBox registers the headset is plugged in but no game audio comes out (my primary goal, mic use is secondary). I have read as many posts as I could find these forums and have tried the following:
- Confirmed it was a standard controller, not Elite
- Rebooted the XBox with the headset turned on and plugged into the controller
- Plugged in another headset and then the Nari Ultimates
- Configured the Nari Ultimates on a PC and then plugged into the controller
I am just wondering if anyone else had any ideas/things that worked for them before I just resign to the headsets just not working with the XBox audio (I also plugged in the headset to the audio out, but got really badly EQed sound, couldnt hear speaking and background audio blaring). Please let me know your thoughts! Thank you!
