Hello so recently went through a lot of issues with my razer nari ultimate.
First of all disconnating and reconnecting abruptly and randomnly. Yesterday the dongle was recognized as Avnera AV6301. So I did ny research and try everything from dongle recovery tool that tell me "no action required" to the pairing tool that tell the same and tried the firmware update that can't detect the verson of the dongle and can't update it as well ...
Please help me ~

Have you tried reinstalling the headset drivers yet? If not, please give it a shot. You can find a detailed guide on this page. PM me should the problem persists.
