it happened around 5 days ago and my pc see the device but sometime while play game or chat in discord it disconnect around 1-3 sec and reconnect which is really annoyed for me sry for my english if it hard to understand

same problem which made me uninstall razer synapse 3 , now my razer naris work as they would default . its probably a software problem which razer hasnt been seeing to . would really like some assistance because its been like this since 17 Jan for me.

not sure if its the same issue but I just bought this headset and it keeps discounting when I try surround sound mode.
