Razer Nari Ultimate randomly just completely stopped working

So I was using my nari headphones that I've have for about 5-6 months. Last night I was using them and they were working perfectly fine. It started to get late so I decided that I should sleep. I did the usual and set my headphones down gently and slowly onto my desk and turned them off and proceeded to shut down my computer. I then plugged it into the charger and noticed that the usual charging light didn't light up, but I just thought nothing of it and didn't think of it as a big deal. I then try to use the headphones today and they won't turn on at all. I've already tried to uninstall razer synapse and install it. I've tried changing the ports of the usb and I tried to repair both synapse and the headphones and nothing has worked so far.

Same here. The head set will not charge, and is unresponsive in every way. Only thing it does; when connected via usb cable, I get the notification sound (from pc speakers, not headset) that a device connected. But after that there is nothing. It's a good thing I kept all the purchase info and registered the product. These were purchased June 21st, 2021 and they quit working 11/19/21. (They were working just fine on 11/18/21)
