Razer Nari Ultimate Right Side Not Working.....

Help idk what to try anymore, the headphones work well with the wire both on mobile and pc but turns to trash anytime i try the dongle (going for wireless) which in all sense beat getting this "high tech wireless headset". On dongle connection, only the side with mic produces sounds while the other is dead silent, but theres haptic on both side so its not dead (whichs also confirmed by how it works on mobile). Anyways im utterly dissapointed, wanted to try out the whole haptic gaming and sort but this sux.
