I'm using my Razer Nari Ultimate on my PC in wireless mode. It works great, but has a very specific problem. When I use the headset in games, it experiences a problem in which the audio randomly begins to cutout for 1 to 5 second intervals. The sound will just stop entirely.

I assume that this is something that can be fixed with a driver update, as it doesn't happen to me on YouTube or on Netflix, solely when playing games. I've tested several games, so I doubt it's a hardware issue.

The issue persists regardless of whether haptics are enabled or disabled, for the record.

Hi there! Let me help you out with this. Does this only happen when used wireless? Also, have you tried to use another PC to see if the same issue persists?

Yes, it only happens in Wireless mode. I have tested it with another PC, and the problem does persist.

Having the same issue, I'll be playing a game and have a twitch channel open on my other monitor and the audio from the stream or game will just cut out. I've already contacted support, just trying a few more things before I send off my email to them with my findings. When I uninstalled synapse 3 and removed all files and restarted, the audio hasn't cut out so far, but once I reinstalled synapse 3 then the audio starts to randomly cut out. So it might be a problem with synapse but I'm not truly sure.

Hi Guys, I made a forum thread a week or so ago about this. Got myself a pair of Razer Naris and had the same sound cutting out issue. I have fixed it by uninstalling everything to do Razer and Razer Synapse. Delete the devices (mouse, keyboard, audio) in device manager and delete all Razer related programs and folders. Once I did all that and restarted my PC, audio issue is fixed, my Razer Mamba no longer has weird buggy lighting issues where if I leave it for a bit it will have random flickering colours, my razer blackwidow is also fixed after doing this as it had moments where the chroma lighting would appear to lag and be delayed.
What I'm trying to say it, get rid of Synapse 3 as it seems to be the issue and I can assure you it will work. (Should work) :)

    Hope this helps!

P.S - only issue with uninstalling synapse stuff is you cant have the customisation for colours etc. Personally I don't care but it would be nice if I could.

Still cuts out, maybe less frequently but when it does happen it happens maybe 5 times within a 5 minute period

If you followed my advice removing anything to do with razer from device manager and completely removing synapse, it should of worked. Quick question, is your issue occuring when sound becomes too quiet? E.g FPS games where there is nothing but just ambience no shooting and it will cut out when it's too quiet etc. This was my issue and I resolved it by ditching synapse and removing the devices from device manager and then restarting PC.
