Razer Nari Ultimate sound driver issue (SOLVED... maybe?)

I wanted to document this for future reference cause I have no idea why it worked.

I wanted to enable Mic Monitoring (Sidetone) with in Synapse but I couldn't hear my voice at all. I played around in my sound properties, looked up on Youtube, Google, and Razer Support to see if other people had the same issues. I lucked out. So I thought it had to be a driver or a piece of software in my system. The Razer Nari comes with 3 sound output devices and 1 microphone device in Windows. Headset Earphones (Razer Nari Ultimate - Chat), Headphones (Razer Nari Ultimate - Game), and Speakers (THX Spatial - Synapse). I got sound out of Headphones and Speakers but not Headset Earphones. I checked the drivers and everything looked fine to me but I let Windows Troubleshoot system to look and see what's wrong. I went through the list and let it change the driver, I restarted my computer and it didn't work. I then did the same thing to Speakers (THX) thinking that there must be a driver issue here. I restarted my PC and wouldn't you know it, it worked! Something with the Speakers (THX Spatial - Synapse) driver/software, either in Windows or Synapse, was not turning on or stopping the Mic Monitoring setting within Synapse. After that was fixed, I repaired Synapse to fix Speakers (THX) driver to bring it back and it worked! Now Mic Monitoring and Speakers (THX) are working flawlessly now! ...For now at least. Nothing in Sound Properties looks changed. I turn on my PC tomorrow and it may revert back to how it was. Hopefully my solution sticks.
